The border spray watering kit is designed to water a border or flower bed 2.3m x 15.6m (at recommended flow and pressure), the kit is ideal for more established borders as the pipework is all at the front of the bed, making it easier to install. The gentle spray jets are also designed not damage more delicate plants.

The border spray system uses sophisticated spray nozzles manufactured by Hunter Industries, one of the worlds leading irrigation manufacturers, with a reputation for quality and innovation. The sprinkler nozzles provide a very fine spray, so delicate plants are not damaged.

The system uses sprinklers on small metal spikes up to 3.9m apart. 16mm black polythene pipe runs along the front edge of the border, connecting the 4 sprinklers. Connects to a garden hose or a tap.

As an option, a watering timer can be added to the watering system to allow automated watering. The timer can be set to water early in the morning, when evaporation rates are at their lowest. The border will have had time to absorb all of the water before the heat of the day.

Recommended flow and pressure: 400 l/h at 2.8 bar.
Minimum pressure: 2.1 bar (the border watering area will be reduced).

Requires DB valve to comply with domestic Water Regulations.
