A range of quality tap timers designed for high levels of reliability and offering up to a 3 year manufacturers warranty against manufacturing defects. Designed to fit quickly and easily onto an outside tap and provide up to 4 starts per day.

Tap timers are ideal for small watering systems such as hanging baskets in the garden, planters and pots around pubs and drip system in flower borders. The timers simply screw onto the standard thread of an outdoor tap. If the tap also needs to be used for other purposes, such as filling a watering can, then a tap manifold can also be added.

Tap timers are battery operated and designed for outdoor use, although they should be protected from the frost. The batteries in the timers will last an entire growing season. Timers can be programmed to water up to 4 times each day and can be set to daily watering or for specific days of the week. Some models also feature manual over-ride if there is rain and manual operation to bring the valve on at that point.

The Hunter Industries tap timers are Bluetooth enables and have the option of one or two outlets, both individually controllable. Downloadable apps make control easy and provide access to sophisticated features such as cycling mode for propagation. Batteries are included and the units carry a 2 year warranty (excludes frost damage).
